OH...WE.TOUCHED.THE.COOKIES.

ALL.24.OF.THEM. I found out about these tasty morsels from a friend and I was a bit apprehensive. Could they really be that good? And could they survive a trip to the Midwest? They did NOT disappoint! Shipping was fast, arrived perfectly intact in adorable packaging. Not even a crumb was out of place! If you love chocolate chip cookies, these might be the Holy Grail...decadent chocolate in every bite, chewy but not too much, and a sprinkle of salt on the top. SO.GOOD. I will ABSOLUTELY order more!

I'm very happy I stumbled on Paolo's business via Google Maps. I arranged for a pick-up order for 1/2 dozen chocolate chip cookies, which allowed me the opportunity to chat a bit with the chef. Great guy. He even gave me a free toffee cookie with my order. The cookies are delicious - and a great deal/value. Highly recommended!

I was looking for the best cookies in L.A. I think I found them! I needed 4 dz. Cookies as a thank you gift. I got a selection of all 7 choices. I’m still getting calls about how great they are! Next time you need cookies for any occasion call “Don’t Touch My Cookies!”

So yum! Was looking for a mid-week pick me up and had the pleasure of stumbling upon this gem while on the hunt for cookies in my area! Didn’t want that mass-produced bakery feel and was trying to get something that reminded me of home and these cookies totally did the job. The guava chocolate chip was amazing and the baker was so sweet!

These cookies are amazing!!!! There is so much chocolate in every bite! The dough is like no other chocolate chip cookie dough I've ever had. It's robust and hearty. The sweetness is a balanced so well! My husband and I got a little too excited and forgot to leave any cookies for the kids. Whoops. ‍ oh well, I guess I'll just have to order more!!!

These cookies lift my spirit and remind me of gentle, elegant times when complexity of flavors and delicacy of ingredients were de rigueur. The last ones I tried were the chocolate and guava. I was brought back to my grandmother'a house with the smells, textures and taste of my childhood.

How can a cookie inspire such delirium...
but they did. It was a culinary and almost religious experience. Our memories are made of so many experiences and these cookies conjured them all for me.

Thanks to the baker...now to try them all and see what happens....!!!!

These cookies are soo good! The chocolate chip has the right amount of salt sprinkled on it and they were soft and gooey. I also tried the guava and was amazed! I didn’t know guava and chocolate together would be so good! Love that they offer curbside and ship as well. Soft gooey cookies at my door yes pleeeaaaase

Holy Bejesus, these cookies are phenomenal!!!! I had the valentines box delivered to Tucson, Az for my wife and my cat and I broke into them already and I will get her another present... she doesn't have to know!!

Even shipped they are soft and chewy with just the slightest crust for crunch! FULL of large chocolate chips. I got the sampler, and just dove right in; the walnut chocolate chip is so good and I don't even like walnuts!!
