I’m a regular at Jerry’s and I just wanted to say that all the employees are just a blast ! Everytime I go in with a questions they always go above and beyond to help me out a lot of their recommendations are not only based on what sells but they are based on what they personal Have tested and recommend. You are always going to receive the best customer service when shopping here 🙂 be sure to check out the employee art area and support them I have been loving the little zines and trinkets they offer 🙂

Solid art store! Will definitely go here over ordering from Amazon or other big corps for art supplies. I went during Black Friday sale but all the time is 10% off for VIP members (free to join)! Found a bunch of gifts here for the holidays and got a great print framed.

The only reason I love this store is because of two reasons, and one being the selection of art supplies. Hobby lobby and Joan’s doesn’t always have what I’m looking for. Plus there’s a section where the artist that work at the store can sell there art and a bulletin that has information on art events. What I don’t like is that at times a few of the employees are rude and sometimes I’ve had awkward experiences and it’s always at checkout. There was one employee a few months back that was so kind, I haven’t seen them in a while. Everyone has different experiences, so I recommend visiting the store for yourself. I wish there will be another location near the round rock and Pflugerville area.

I LOVE my local Jerry's Artarama. Every time I go in, I am greeted by a fun staff that you can tell love their jobs. Sometimes I go in just to browse, and no matter if I'm browsing or buying, I'm always treated with the same level of respect. These folks work here because they want to and they want to make sure that you are getting whatever you need.
Major shoutout to Payton at the framing department who devoted over an hour of time helping me, a very indecisive person who gets decision fatigue quickly, pick out great frames for the professional portraits of my dogs. While I'm happy to wait for the final product, I am also excited to see the end result. Definitely don't be shy talking to the staff, as they are more than happy to help you! 😀

I’ve been in to the store a couple of times and have had a great experience each time. The people who work here are lovely, and the supplies are priced well with discounts for students, which really feels like they put artists first as opposed to some of the big name brand stores. Jasmine helped me gather all my supplies for my class today when I came in super last minute, she was so sweet and helpful I couldn’t not leave a review.

Well, it was a 3 star, but then Johhny 'helped'. This may be Texas, but I didn't feel like a total 'bother' as an artist until I shopped here. I drove over two hours from the other side of Kerrville, TX for art supplies. Could not be much more disappointed. The answer to almost everything was 'we don't have it'. No suggestions on who might or where I could find the oil pastel supplies except MAYBE online. Why is there a brick and mortar Jerry's Artarama I will avoid them in the future.
