Drove from Wichita to pick up a 5 x 8 trailer they only had there. Saturday afternoon was not busy at all. Everything was very well organized and signs were clear. I was impressed by the staff and how eager they were to help. Everyone was nice and helped us throughout our visit. They even came out and helped us hook up our new trailer and gave us some tips. The restrooms were also a big plus here. Nice and clean. They almost had an airport feel the way they were designed. If you’ve been to other lowes, the restrooms aren’t much. Anyways, it seems like they had more deals than the stores in Wichita. I will have to come again on another day of the week to see if I get the same level of great service and also to see if they continue to have some great deals in their clearance section. Well done! Worth the drive!

Honestly after the fridge fiasco you put us through it's a miracle I even trust you to deliver this and not resell it from under us. I will no longer be buying any appliances I cannot take home immediately with me as the trust I placed in your business is completely gone. I hope you strive to do better in the future to avoid messing up your relationship with future customers. There is no rebuilding trust to be done here. While I hope all of you have a great holiday, except the person who put the fridge I paid for back on the clearance floor, my respect is entirely lost in Lowes as a company.

Spent $300 on a paint sprayer, found out you can't return paint sprayers after 48 hrs even with a receipt and an unopened product. This is something that should be on the check out que, on the receipt and posted by the paint sprayer section! Guess I'll be shopping at home depot from now on. If I'm buying materials for jobs and tools if I don't end up doing a job or something changes lowes should take returns or warn us what the policy is at checkout, you make money from us making money!!! This doesn't help buisness!!!
