Last night there was a misunderstanding at my checkout, so before I left I stopped at CS to get a refund of $7.57. The transaction was done in less than 2 min but the employee acted like I was really putting him out or upset about something. They rarely have everything on my list. Other locations have more variety.

Workers very helpful. Floors are always clean. Items are well stocked most always. Check out clerks are courteous. Only one complaint. Handicap scooters need to be upgraded.

This is a very clean grocery store. It has plenty of staff on duty to answer questions. The produce
selection at this location is exceptional. Shelves were well stocked with inventory. The hours need updated, as they are open until 10pm

The products are great, and prices have gotten much better. However, the customer
Service has severely declined. The two Dillions employees that were supposed to be assisting self check customers were In a conversation among themselves and unaware that customers like myself need an ID check for an item. Finally, one of them came over and took care of it so I could check my other items and did not apologize for the wait and was rude. Totally inexcusable.

I don't recommend early mornings within the first couple of hours on weekends. Grumpy employees who do not want to help customers. It's not good for someone with anxiety who tries to avoid crowds. What a bummer. Central and Maize location. If you go to the deli, make sure to order correctly and know exactly how it's cut, or Alex (name tag) does a great job of slinging it in a bag to make a ball. Don't just say smoke cheese. You better get it right and say Birchwood smoked cheese or you get the treatment. Go to checkout and explain to the cashier about the situation. Senior citizen lady comes over to bag groceries and guess didn't like it that I wasn't doing it myself so she starts spamming things together. Even the cashier stopped to look at her when she did it. Asked him what that was about, and he said, "dont worry about it she always has issues." Probably will not be return customer

Generally clean with good pricing. I’ve noticed lots of items that are at the bigger Dillon’s are not at this one. Somewhat disappointing
