We have stayed at this property several times and our last two visits were top tier due to the excellence of the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed complimentary appetizers with wine and beer after checking in around 6pm. There is a hot buffet breakfast in the mornings. The room was large and comfortable. I always clean and sanitize when we arrive. Since our last stay here in early 2024, both elevators are operating and the renovations have been completed. Well done.

January 2025, I have stayed in this very hotel several times over the years. You can not best the location. If they had big city streets (like NYC), I would walk to the airport. It is amazing that I do not hear the airplanes. I like the closet space, I like the breakfast set up, I like the parking. I like the size of the room (King bed Junior Suite), I like the food options nearby. Things I do not like. The room is clean, but it smells like they used too much bleach. Carpet stains, the partial painting of the ceiling, the missing latch on the room door (this is more about repairing the missing latch holes. They installed digital locks. With a 2nd deadbolt, I think the lock system is better), We need more light in the room, the caulk job around the toilet, drywall damage around the outlets in the bathroom, paint peeling in the shower area, dirty sofa. This being said, I am a former property manager, and I notice these things. FYI, none of these items would stop me from staying here again. Very close to Southern University.
