I'm very surprised at the reviews here for a consignment store. I'm sure people expect a retail business model however, reality is that this place should be treated like an upscale Goodwill. Goodwill doesn't follow you around and offer help. Why should anyone in their right mind hunting for gently used clothes need it here?

I don't expect upsell or customer service when I'm browsing and enjoy the small interactions.

I've been here 3 times and will be stopping a lot to find cold weather clothes. The quality of the clothes and selection are way better than Uptown Cheapskates. Clothing is suitable for any age but mostly for the late 30s and above.

I sent my husband in with clothing to resale. The owner was extremely rude and said “I don’t take things from men”. When I called, she was again rude and hung up on me. According to other reviews, it’s astonishing she is still in business.

I’ve never left a bad review for an establishment. Especially a small business but wow. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a thrift store. The woman running the store was extremely rude. I hope she knows that her terrible attitude affects how much business she gets. Also very over priced so that doesn’t even make up for it. I don’t know how this place is still in business. I genuinely hope it shuts down because wow the owner/woman running the store seems to have a goal to make everyone’s life as miserable as she portrays hers to be with her awful attitude.

I love this store!! The owner has always been very helpful and nice when I come here! She's even took the time to assist me with what I was looking for and compared prices on the internet to show me I was getting a bargain. I don't agree with the negative comments about the owner at all!!!

I went in after going to my class while waiting for my ride. I was walking by and thought this might be a good place to find my daughter's teacher something. I wasn't really greeted, with a hello or can I help you find something. I liked what I seen, pretty jewelry priced cheaply. I had my backpack on and made my way to ask if they had a particular thing and she said we don't have stuff like that here. I was looking for a compass design on a necklace. Not dead set on buying because I really liked the jewelry they had. She seen I had my backpack on and told me they don't allow people to walk around with backpacks, sure no problem. I asked her about the shop as I like the products and she wasn't very friendly. I walked around and seen their sign (picture included) That topped off my experience here. The lady wasn't welcoming and neither was the sign. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. No harm no foul. Not that my $20.00 matters. I just didn't like the way the lady acted. I found it amusing there is another sign hung up saying something about an attitude make a big difference when the lady was not very very welcoming.

Worst thrift store in Wichita. The owner is extremely rude. I went in there with a group of five, it only took her 1 minute to make all of us uncomfortable. I've never left a thrift store so fast. Everything is extremely overpriced also.

My mom and I went into this store with my twin infants and toddler. It’s a huge deal for me to leave the house. It was a rainy day, perfect for shopping. All my children were happy. The owner was not welcoming at all and seemed so annoyed we were in her store. She named the store appropriately… the store is HER treasures. So sad to be treated so poorly especially since my mom and I both found items we were going to purchase. I hope she’s able to treat people better… as she’s lost us as customers.
