It's got to the point where I don't even try to pick out the frame anymore. Tom, the owner, is just that much better at his craft than most people. It's worth the extra 100 bucks for their expertise and aesthetic. I still feel this way after learning to frame my own paintings.

Adriane was kind enough to have her paper conservator review (what I thought to be) a very old photo which was glued to cardboard backing. I planned to have the backing removed but, she and her conservator were extremely honest in their assessment. They explained that the photo was very likely not as old as I believed it to be. Thanks to them, I was able to make the informed decision not to pay for the cardboard removal. Adriane responded promptly to all of my inquiries. I look forward to using Artworks' services in the future. Without their honesty, I would have spent a considerable amount of money repairing a photo which has little value. I highly recommend them on the basis that their customer service is exemplary. There are many businesses who would have accepted my money and provided the services I asked for. But to offer free education to a naïve customer who has no past dealings with Artworks is worthy of a review, even if I cannot attest to any specific services.

Mark and Mark came out to hang pictures at our new house. This was one of the most brilliant ideas I could have ever had. They were professional, precise and great at helping launch our art in our home. I've requested them to come back to do our photo gallery.

Stuffy and pricey. I went in asking about getting matting for a poster and they were like "oh we dont do that we only do full service, you would need to order it through us" when I asked if they knew anywhere else that might help, they had no idea, just very unhelpful. I mean, all you have to say is Michael's its pretty straightforward here guys.

The art is cool, although pricey, the people are lacking.

We always take our pieces to get framed there and they do a great job! They can't do anything faster than 2 weeks tho which if you are in a hurry is an issue
