Craft shoppers of all types!
I will say that I have been shopping at BF for over 20 years! I know the store by heart and that's what makes the store so cool. They don't change the sections around. Frames out back, wood supplies in far right corner, painting supplies in middle right. Jewelry making on left corner and the absolute best sticker display on far left. The seasonal displays are always spot on and definitely set the tone when entering store. Here's the kicker! Everything is quality! The buyers do an absolute fantastic job of bringing in the best items per section. Ever time I have walked into this store I have been greeted with kindness and assisted if needed. Also given advice if needed for all the different art projects I do. To boot, the owner even comes up and talks to me from time to time.
I truly love Ben Franklin!

Big ups to Ben Franklin for the awesome customer service! I was totally lost trying to plan a tie-dye activity for 90 middle schoolers (parent volunteer duties), but Kendra was a lifesaver. She walked me through the whole process, gave me tips, and helped me pick the right stuff. Thanks to her, I feel way more confident about leading the session.

I always like shopping at Ben Franklin, and this just made me love them more. If you're ever unsure about an art project or just want to get crafty, check them out!

Best customer service I've ever seen at... well... any retail store really. We were here recently during the holiday rush to purchase some "firefly lights". There was a particular strand of lights on display that we wanted, but we couldn't find the product.

Almost immediately we were approached by Jen (a recently hired employee). She informed us that the particular lights we wanted were sold out, but offered to detach one of the several strands on display.

She went through the work of disassembling each display. This one had the lights behind a shelf that couldn't be removed, that one had lights which were stuck, etc. etc.

For roughly 10 minutes she worked to make sure we got the lights we wanted, and after much trial and error; one of the strands relented and we got what we needed. Thank you Jen!
