This store constantly has expired food and drink items. Last night 10/17/2024 I wanted one of these but as you can see they expired in 2023! That group that I circled were all expired from the front to the back of the shelf…And this is not the first time nor the second time that I’ve found expired items…

One employee almost shoulder checked me if I didn’t move out the way but I guess it’s not his fault as he never looked up from his phone while walking.
The store manager checked me out, no name tag, I spoke and said “hi how are you doing” and he said nothing back. After checking me out I said “thanks, have a good day” and again no response but maybe he didn’t hear me with his earphones in his ear.

This store has the worst damn employees. They act like they have no home training. You walk in there they look at u like they are special needs and don’t even speak to u or acknowledge you in any way. Their store is trash I’m sure because the manager and all the little employees underneath it are not trained on customer service. Do better people nobody wants to see those faces when we go in there. If you don’t like your jobs do everyone a favor and go somewhere else you will not be missed.

Today 5/15/23 before 6 pm ,I went to buy some things , and that guy that has tattoos all over his body ......is rude as they come , mumbling under his breath as if he's disgusted to attend costumers. The old lady that use to be there was the most nicest person ,& she made you feel like going back again. This other young guy seems like he needs to go through the whole costumer service training again .....if he ever had any. If they keep that guy there, I bet you there will be issues later, because many guys out there have zero patience for disrespect / arrogance ......and they will not hold back to let him know about it .

Horrible service. I was there to exchange an iPod case that didn't fit my new AirPods because the case was for older models. I didn't think it would be such a big deal as it was back in the packaging and unused. The lady at the register was new and didn't know how to process the exchange and lacked customer service. She rudely said she didn't know how to do it. Okay, if she doesn't know then go find out from a lead or manager- no accountability! It's her job to figure it out that's what she's getting paid for- to provide customer service. She then told us that she was going to ring up the people behind us that were also in line. That really made me upset because we're just as important as whoever is in line, we were also trying to pay and leave AND we were there FIRST. Her reasoning and thinking were so off- lack of critical thinking. All she had to do was call the manager or lead in charge and have them help us at the other register. The lead/manager was just the same. It was just annoying to have to deal with people that have no customer service and lack simple critical thinking. To top it off once the manager/lead came to do the exchange the cashier was on her phone texting instead of trying to learn how to do the exchange.
