I love the mango in the shopping center in Utrecht. but the mango on the street on the right is terrible! for one simple reason! no matter how many times I go there, I hear the voices of the employees, LOUD throughout the entire store, they communicate with each other! this is not acceptable

I was quite disappointed because I entered the shop around 17:20 and picked out some items to try on. By the time I got to the fitting room, around 17:40, the staff had already closed off the fitting rooms. I was told to come back the next day. What a waste of time..

TIP: rather order your mango items from zalando yourself! You don't have to pay a delivery fee, the items arrive much quicker and you don't have to deal with the bad customer service when the staff make a mistake with your order. This store is small and messy as well so not a nice shopping experience. I definitely won't go back or order from their online store again.

Online iets besteld maar nooit gekregen. Leverdatum 4-5 werkdagen en dan pas 2 weken later de bestelling zogenaamd klaarmaken voor verzending. Een keer hier iets besteld, maar nooit meer!

Beste winkel alarm aan de Oudegracht. Gaat regelmatig af om niks, waardoor het hele centrum de hele nacht van die herrie kan genieten. Wel een goede locatie om 's nachts in te breken, want de buren of politie zullen het af doen als vals alarm.

Poor customer service.
I was having an I ssue with returning process in this store. The shop assistant made a mistake and didn’t scan all the products that I wanted to return. It can happen, everyone can make a mistake. But when I went back to fix this problem, the personal was extremely rude to me, trying to put their fault on me! Instead of trying to check why the mistake occurred, I was told “yeah, how can we know that you are not wearing that shirt and just want money back now”.
It was stressful conversation, I don’t think that’s the way how customer service should look like..
At the end with the help of manager and cameras they could check the situation and paid money back.

I’m a client of Mango for many years, but I will not come to this shop location anymore.

Mango belazerd volgens mijn de boel met hun aan biedingen en kortingen,
Ik heb er twee broeken gekocht met zogenaamd 10.00 euro korting volgens de stickers van 39,99 voor 29,99 maar na thuis komst haal ik de korting sticker er af en wat is de oude prijs 29,99 .
heb Mango hier over gebeld en krijg dat het verhaal dat het de Spaanse prijzen zijn ? vreemd verhaal vooral als ze dat niet vermelden.
ik zo zeggen mensen trek de rode sticker even los voor de PRIJS.

Slechte klantenservice! Had een sjaal gekocht voor 20,- in minder dan één maand was die al kapot. Had klantenservice gemaild zegt dat ik langs winkel moet gaan kom ik daar aan zijn er alleen medewerkers die Engels spreken en zeggen dat ik het niet kan omruilen omdat er geen kaartje aanhangt. Hele slechte afhandeling!
