Shopping the website is easy. Merchandise comes in a reasonable amount time. If a need to return becomes necessary, it is very convenient to return the item to the store without having to package and box up the items. At the store, the sales representative was kind, courteous, and efficient in handling my issue with the merchandise. There were no questions ask. I was in out of the store in a manner of minutes.

I bought this autographed KU basketball. I called and asked before I purchased it if it came with a certificate of authenticity and had Bill Self's autograph on it was told YES to both . Well I received it yesterday and guess what no certificate of authenticity and no Self signature. They straight up lied and will not return the item because they know it's worthless without them DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

They have a wide selection of local sports team for all ages in clothing, hats, and accessories for fan fun.
Staff are Friendly the moment you walk in the door and helpful.
I'm sure my 8 yr old grandson is going to love his KC winter knit hat.

July, 2023. This store recently moved to a larger & much more convenient location.
It is about a block north of the original location. Still in the same shopping area. It has about any sport team or item you could want. Also a great selection of Kansas souvenirs including WIZARD OF OZ ITEMS. Also buffalo & tornado items.
It is near Michael’s & Best Buy. Olive Garden is next to Maize Road. Rally House is west of Olive Garden, set back from Maize Road & a few doors north of PETCO. Selection & parking are excellent. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this store. It is spread out now & easy to shop here.

I didn't want to give my email. I was told I wouldn't receive any emails and yet.... here we are...
and $75 for a sweatshirt
If it wasn't a birthday present someone actually picked out, it would have stayed in the store.

Experience of shopping was good, but was a little concerned at the talk of a few of the workers gathered at the counter. One gentleman's comments were quite concerning.

Nobody should be required to give an email or phone # to shop there. The staff member kept arguing that I had to, when I made a purchase. I refused and made the purchase. I had to return something rather expensive and had to give my email to get my refund, even though it was within 48 hours, I had the receipt, and all tags were still on. I do not believe it is legal to force a customer to give private details to make an in-store purchase. I will never shop there again.
