Ahmed was the absolute best!! He was so kind on the phone when i called and he even waited for me to come make a purchase before they closed! This is the best vape store on the west side! Please come and check them out. Also make sure you talk to Ahmed and get your money saving punch card!

Normally when I see a bunch of 5 star reviews like this, I assume employees or friends made them to help the business look better. This place on the other hand has S tier service. Whether you go in the morning and get Tim or at night when Ahmed is there. This shop has the friendliest and most helpful service of not only any other vape/Kratom store in town, but better than any other store in general. 100 outta 5 ⭐️s, I highly recommend.

The owner of this shop is amazing. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, not pushy, and is great at listening and recommending products to suit your specific needs. He is always positive and inviting. Not only that he has some of the best prices and he is very good about telling you about better deals to fit your budget. I highly recommend this shop over the many to choose from in town.

VIP Smoke Shop is the best in Wichita!! I’ve been to many but VIP is BY FAR superior! You will get excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the door. The quality of the products are great, and the prices are too! You will leave with a smile on your face along with some great deals. I highly recommend!! The manager is such a genuine guy and cares about helping you find the perfect product.

I don't normally leave reviews but i got the time today and im pissed off I bought a geek bar yesterday it auto hits even when you stop hitting it came back and the guy at the counter tells me they don't replace them after they leave the store. A waist of $25 and time. I get it's not their fault it malfunctioning but they should have replaced it for a customer (update they replaced my vape and was given a new one nothing bad about the company might just be the manufacturers)
